What cookies are

Cookies are small files that websites save on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way. Some are essential for a website to work; others help the owner understand how the site is used.

UK law allows us to use essential cookies without asking. For anything else, we ask for your permission first.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can choose "Accept all", "Reject non-essential", or switch individual types on or off under "Manage settings".

Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

We don't use advertising or social media tracking cookies.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful, how people find the site and where we can improve it. It reports on visits in aggregate; we can't use it to identify you.

Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode) that doesn't set or read analytics cookies. You can read how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on.

Other content

Our fonts, images and background video are hosted on our own website, so they don't set cookies from other companies. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, are only followed if you click them; those sites have their own cookie policies.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the enquiry form, from working properly. Clearing this site's data in your browser will reset your cookie choice and show the banner again.
