These terms cover the website only. When an organisation books training with us, the training is provided under the proposal, quote and booking terms we agree with that organisation.

Our articles, guides, course diagrams and questionnaire are general information to support workplace learning. They are not medical, psychological, legal or HR advice, and the questionnaire is a quick indicator rather than a formal assessment.
